With over five years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator and more than 15 years in property management and real estate operations, Jenna has managed hundreds of residential transactions across Florida — supporting agents and clients through every phase of the process with a strong focus on accuracy, communication, and compliance.

Before launching Proper TC, Jenna spent over a decade managing Class-A apartment communities and military family housing, overseeing operations for portfolios ranging from 250 to 1,100+ units. That experience shaped her commitment to efficiency, communication, and client care — qualities that define every Proper TC experience.
