With over five years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator and more than fifteen years in property management and real estate operations, Jenna has guided hundreds of residential transactions throughout Florida, keeping communication clear and compliance at the forefront every step of the way.

Before launching Proper TC, Jenna spent more than a decade managing Class-A apartment communities and military family housing, overseeing operations for portfolios ranging from 250 to over 1,100 units. That background shaped her commitment to efficiency, clarity, and client care—values that define every Proper TC experience.
