Founded by Jenna Ewing, Proper TC was created to give agents a dependable partner—someone who manages the behind-the-scenes work with care and consistency so they can stay focused on serving their clients.

Jenna brings over 15 years of experience in real estate and property management. She spent a decade managing Class A apartment communities and military family housing, overseeing operations for portfolios ranging from 250 to over 1,100 units. That background shaped her commitment to efficiency, clarity, and client care—values that define every Proper TC experience.

Throughout her career, Jenna has guided hundreds of residential transactions, keeping communication clear and compliance at the forefront from contract to close.

Jenna supports agents across Florida from her home base in the Panhandle, where she works closely with agents in Okaloosa, Walton, Santa Rosa, and Escambia counties. As a military spouse, she knows firsthand what it’s like to buy and sell on a tight timeline.
