Proper Full Service (Pre-Listing to Closing)
Single Side: $550 | Dual Side: $850
A complete, start-to-finish coordination package that combines Listing-to-Launch and Contract-to-Close. From pre-listing setup through closing, Proper TC manages every detail to keep your transaction on track and your clients informed.
The new listing portion of your Proper Full Service package must be submitted at least 5-7 business days before your desired MLS go-live date to ensure everything is prepared and ready on time.
Listing-to-Launch
Pre-listing setup and MLS readiness, including disclosures, document prep, ShowingTime setup, and file organization — everything needed to get your listing live and compliant.
To keep your listing on track, Proper TC requires all property details, seller contact information, and preliminary documents to be submitted at least 5-7 business days before your desired MLS go-live date.

Contract-to-Close
Full transaction management from executed contract through closing, including timeline tracking, communication with all parties, scheduling inspections, managing contingencies, and ensuring compliance every step of the way.
Single Side: $400 | Dual Side: $725
Vacant Land Contract-to-Close
Designed specifically for land transactions, this service provides start-to-finish coordination for vacant or undeveloped land sales. Proper TC manages timelines, communication, contingencies, and compliance to ensure a smooth closing — whether it’s a straightforward lot or a complex multi-parcel deal.

Photography Coordination
The perfect add-on to your Listing-to-Launch service — or available as a standalone option! Proper TC coordinates every step of your photography appointment, handling scheduling, confirmations, and communication with your preferred photographer and/or the Seller to ensure photos are ready for MLS upload on time.
