Proper TC offers a selection of add-on services to enhance your transaction experience. These options are available exclusively to current Proper TC clients who actively hire Proper TC for standard service packages such as Listing-to-Launch, Contract-to-Close, or Proper Full Service.

Each add-on provides targeted support where you need it most, helping you stay focused on your clients while Proper TC handles the details.

Prep & Sign

$25–$40 per document

The Prep & Sign service provides professional contract and document drafting for agents who need an extra hand preparing key transaction forms.

Proper TC handles the creation and delivery of purchase contracts, counter offers, addenda, Buyer Broker Agreements, and à la carte Listing Agreements (for agents not utilizing the Listing Management package).

Each document is carefully drafted and sent for your review and approval, with one complimentary edit included after the initial draft to ensure accuracy and alignment with your client’s needs.

Assist & Support

$25–$55 per hour
